2. Booking & Payment
The group leader must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking. By booking, they confirm that they are authorized to represent all fellow travelers. The contract becomes effective upon payment of the deposit invoice.
3. Special Requests & Health
Special requests must be stated at the time of booking; fulfillment cannot be guaranteed. Sailing requires an appropriate level of physical fitness. Please inform us of any health restrictions upon booking. We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in case of insufficient fitness.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Exception for Leisure Activities
Bookings for a Specific Date (Sailing Tours & Charter)
Pursuant to Article 103 letter l) of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios - LGDCU) as well as Article 16 letter l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concerning leisure activities provided for a specific date or period. Once a sailing tour is booked for a fixed date, it is exclusively subject to our cancellation terms.
Vouchers without a Fixed Date
For contracts regarding the purchase of gift or value vouchers without a fixed booking date, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase.

Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides information on alternative dispute resolution. The list of recognized consumer dispute resolution entities in the Member States is available at: europa.eu Our e-mail address is: info@ibizadaysailing.com. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
5. Insurance Coverage
The safety of our guests is our highest priority. Our yachts are equipped with the passenger insurance mandatory for commercial boats, which covers all persons on board during the tour.
In addition, it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that sufficient personal insurance coverage is in place, covering at least the following points:
- Medical Care: Coverage for emergency treatment and repatriation.
- Private Liability: Protection against damage caused by the guest or their group to the yacht.
Please note that in case of a no-show for the tour, no payments already made will be refunded. We therefore recommend covering your individual cancellation risk independently.
6. Conduct & Damages
You are liable for any damage caused to the yacht by you or your group. Smoking below deck is strictly prohibited. In case of inappropriate behavior (e.g., excessive alcohol consumption), the skipper is authorized to exclude individuals from the trip without any refund.
7. Complaints
Problems must be reported immediately to the skipper on-site. Written complaints must be addressed to info@ibizadaysailing.com within 14 days after the tour.

1. Purpose & Type of Data Collection
We collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary for the provision of our services. This particularly includes the following data:
- Contact Details: First name, last name, address, e-mail address, and phone number.
- Booking Details: Date of the tour, number of persons, and, where applicable, health restrictions relevant to safety on board.
This data is used exclusively for booking and reservation management as well as for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations (Art. 6 Abs. 1b GDPR).
2. Payment Service Provider
To process your payment, we use the payment service provider PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.). Via PayPal, we offer various payment methods, such as payment via PayPal account or credit card.
During this process, the data necessary for the payment transaction is transmitted to PayPal. We do not obtain access to your full credit card data at any time; these are processed directly by PayPal. PayPal's privacy policy applies to these transactions.

This website uses SSL encryption for secure data transmission. Your data is processed exclusively by the owner and is not sold to third parties.
